What is your return policy?
Because of the custom nature of my designs and the time involved in creating each one, I do not accept returns. If there was an error on my part or other extenuating circumstances exchanges can be arranged.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: My orders are generally processed (logged in, created, and shipped out) within 2 business days. Between April and October expect longer delays. If you need your order in time for a special event, please email me BEFORE purchasing to discuss options.
Do you have "this" in any other color
If you don't see the color or style you need, please feel free to email me! I often have what you need in stock. I can also do special orders if you need something truly unique
Can you design something JUST for me?
