ORDERS:
All orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order and also to request any additional information needed to customize your order. *If you don't recieve an invoice within 12 hours of your purchase, check your spam/junk mail folder. It is important that you look for this email to arrive, as it will contain your estimated shipping date. Since all orders are custom made especially for you BY HAND, after your order is placed, please allow 4-7 days before shipment. delivery on all orders. Large orders or orders placed from April through October may take longer - if you are concerned that your order will not be delivered in time for your event, please check with me via email at "erlangston @ frontiernet .net " (with the spaces removed) on current estimated production times.
SHIPPING:
Little-Luxuries ships via USPS 1st class mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation & tracking. ***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please purchase the shipping upgrade for USPS global priority shipping.
PAYMENT:
Liz's Little Luxuries accepts payment by debit card, credit card, or e-check via PAYPAL for payment Money orders or personal checks accepted as well. Personal check will be held for 5-7 days to ensure clearing of both banks.
REFUNDS:
Because of the custom nature of my products - only partial refunds are given and exchanges on approved instances.
